BACKGROUND: Three members of the Affordable Housing Advisory Board, Tammy Jacobs, Elizabeth Preddy, and Allan Rosen, all in At-Large positions and whose terms expire this June, have requested to be reappointed. Ms. Jacobs and Mr. Rosen have been serving their first terms on this Board, and Ms. Preddy is serving for an unexpired term. These members are all eligible to be reappointed. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing Tammy Jacobs, Elizabeth Preddy and Allan Rosen to the Affordable Housing Advisory Board, as follows: Preddy to a first full term, Jacobs and Rosen to second terms, all terms to expire June 30, 2006.
