BACKGROUND: The first terms of three members of the Orange County Planning Board will expire on March 31, 2003. They each are eligible for, and have requested, reappointment to the Planning Board. The members are: (by position number) (2) Theodore W. Triebel, residing in Little River Township, representing Little River Township; (7) Noah Ranells, residing in Bingham Township, representative At-Large; and (11) Jay Bryan, Chair, residing in Chapel Hill Township and representing same. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing the following people to the Orange County Planning Board as follows: (A) Theodore W.
