PURPOSE: To consider two reappointments to the Information Technology Advisory
Committee (IT Committee).
BACKGROUND: Mr. John Smith and Mr. Doug Noell, both in At -Large positions, have
successfully served their first terms on the IT Committee and have requested reappointment.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing John Smith and Doug Noell, each in an At-
Large position, and each to a second term, on the IT Committee, with term expiration dates of
December 31, 2005.

Nancy, Mr. Noell and Mr. Smith both desire reappointments, and the
committee concurs. Their attendance has been satisfactory. Mr. Smith
is currently on sabbatical in England, but he will return to active duty
on the committee when he returns at the beginning of the summer.
I am still the chair of the committee (we held an election in January)
and Tony Rall is still the Vice Chair...
