BACKGROUND: The first term of Chair Jay Bryan, a BOCC representative for the Northern Transition Area of Carrboro, expired January 31, 2003. He has requested, and is eligible for, reappointment. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None RECOMMENDATIONS}: Consider appointing -Jay Bryan to a second term! which-will-expire January 31, 2006, on the Carrboro NTA Advisory Committee. Also, two out of three of the members have confirmed their approval of his appointment to the Horace Williams Tract advisory committee. The other person, Chris Potter, has not yet returned my calls/emails and I will inform you when he does. For what it's worth, l'm quite confident he would approve of Jay's appointment.
