BACKGROUND: The terms for the Arts Commission have been 3 terms of 2 years instead of 2 terms of 3 years. This has now been changed by resolution April 5, 2011} to be the same as all other boards and commissions. In order for us to accomplish this task and provide this group with staggered expiration dates ~5 members for each year}, it is necessary for some terms to be adjusted to reflect these changes. All members will fulfill their six terms. These are reflected in the new membership roster. • Appointment to a partial first term for Katherine Dickson.
