PROJECT DESCRIP'T'ION: Design of replacement HVAC systems for this existing facility of approximately 8t)flt) squar+c feet, which houses the Couraly Ert~erg~cy Medit~tl Services, 911, and Emergency C-perations Center operations. The cxarra~ventional desgtrlcoustrtion portion would be billed per standard AIA milestones. BASIC SERVICES: The lump sum fees proposed above include the following basic servitx;s: L Peaform a study of alternative HVAC system for flue facility addressing txasts and benefits associated wzth each alternative. We will propose additional fps fox such sen~ices upon request: i , Design of additional elements not related to the HVAC systems replacement, which may be generated by the Change County inspections Department, Examples would be additional fire alarm, fine sprinkler systems fire rating of existing construction, etc. 2. Construction administration sen~ices which exl:end beyond the established Contract Completion Date, thmugk no fault of the Designers including default of any Contractor. 3. Modifying drawings and specifications as a resitlt of Contractors' equipment substitutions, fail.tue to coordinate or sequenca the work, or tither fault of the Contractor{s). BILLING5JPAVMENTS: Invoices wi:tl be presented monthly, based on progress during tl~e month. Payments will be due on a net 30-clay basis. Financing charges on balance beyond 30 da}~s will. be 1-t12°lo per month {ig°lo APR). if Kee should have to seek legal action to effect collection, and w~ prevail i.n litigation, then all costs associated a~th collecting overdue accorutts will be recoverable. !f payments are K~thlxeld or disputed, then Kee retain the right to suspend furthar sen~icxs until the account is current.
