of the Stnte Righway and Public f7osks Cortonlssion and members of his ste,~f
were holding a meeting Tor the discussion of matters pertaining to tho
roads in this district.
Af tar dis cuss ing the road situation 1n Orange County with I.Ir. it¢ne
the Hoard returned to the Co:mnissionsrs Room and transacted the following
business.
tr. 0. N,. Davis, Sunerintendont, _.Lir. J. Temnle Gobbal and tit. S. T.
Hmory, Trustees for the Chapel Rill Greater School Lis tr ict appeared and
spoke of the urgent needs of e building for Orange County Training School.
They stated the minimum needs for next year would bo Pour class roams, a
lunch room and a kitchen. Estimated cost )3~ this nro,ject to be ;j40, 000.00.
The Chairmen infcrmed them that it mould/impossible to make these imnrov-
ments at this time as an expsndi tuts of this amount would repuiro ¢ bond
issue.
Upon motl on, Eugene L¢ws is hereby granted a free license to noddle
l:'atlcins Products in Orange County for tho year ending f.^.fly 50, 19?7.
