County of Orange ("County")
and
Patriot Properties, Inc.
("Patriot")
This Addendum ("Addendum") to the Agreement between County and Patriot
dated November 16, 2009 herewith ("Agreement") is entered into by and
between County and Patriot for the purpose of supplementing and modifying the
Agreement. This Addendum contains certain provisions which may be at
variance to provisions in the Agreement and/or associated schedules. Where
such variances occur, the provisions in this Addendum shall be controlling.
To permit proper testing of the Patriot tablet application, Patriot agrees to extend
the .performance period for AssessPro by five days, those five days
commencing when the installation of the tablet software runs correctly.
Within the five days permitted following the completion of the performance
period, the County will respond regarding acceptance or not as promptly as
reasonably permitted.
