Hoylman, Mark Johnson, Christy Raulli, and James R. Stroud. I managed 11 employees and all aspects of facility function including production maintenance. The company invested quite heavily in new product releases, but were not able to compete against Asia manufacturing and distribution. The facility was forced to close in 2002. There I would learn all aspects of conveyor operation and maintenance. I also became proficient in the operation and maintenance of passenger aircraft bridges. I worked their until 2005 when I received a job offer from Bowe Bell Howell. Began working for Bowe Bell Howell in 2005 as an Mechanical Engineering Technician II. I was assigned to the product development laboratory where we developed an industry first mail document inserting system capable of the fastest change-over times in industry history. I invented a final envelope registration process which eliminated faulty envelope insertions at high speeds. I worked here until 2008 when a chronic illness rendered me incapable of performing the physical requirements of the position. The illness is now managed, but I am unable to do highly physical labor.
