The Board met at the usual hour, in the Commissioners Room at the I

courtesies extended her durins her stay here and eteted that it took real
courage for her to hand in her res ignet ion, out that she would like to ec-
cept a position with Indiane University as it appeared to 'oe an opportunity i

Upon motion, the Boerd unanimously accented isles 3yere resignation,
effective September 10, 1945, and expr eased to her their apnreciatlon for
the good vrork ehe had done in the County, and wished her much success in
her new position.

room so that the Board could study her apnlicetlon.
