VALUE CHANGE RESOLUTION
Whereas, North Carolina General Statutes 105-325 empowers the Boazd of County
Commissioners to order changes to tax records after the Boazd of Equalization and Review has
adjourned; and
Whereas, the Boazd of Equalization and Review has adjourned for the yeaz 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMNIISSIONERS OF ORANGE COUNTY THAT the recommended properly tax value changes are
ordered.
