PURPOSE: To consider making new appointments to the Orange Unified Transportation
Board.
BACKGROUND: The Clerk's office received a recommendation from the Orange County
Planning Board for Tommy McNeill to fill the Planning Board member position and from the O.C.
Commission for the Environment for Renee Price to fill the Commission for the Environment
position on the OUT Board. If appointed, Mr. McNeill will serve a partial term ending 9/30/2011
and Ms. Price will be serving a partial term ending 09/30/2012.
