PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for year 2010.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule by:
• Changing the location of the joint dinner meeting with the Orange County
Planning Board, scheduled for Monday, November 22, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. FROM
the DSS Offices, 103 Mayo Street, TO the Link Government Services Center,
200 South Cameron Street, Hillsborough, N.C. The Quarterly Public Hearing,
scheduled for November 22nd at 7:00 p.m., will remain at the DSS Offices, 113
Mayo Street, Hillsborough, N.C.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends the Board amend its regular meeting
calendar for 2010 by:
Changing the location of the joint dinner meeting with the Orange County
Planning Board, scheduled for Monday, November 22, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. FROM
the DSS Offices, 103 Mayo Street, TO the Link Government Services Center,
