SPECIAL MEETING
ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF-COMMISSIONERS-
MARCH 5, 1991
7:30 P.M.
The Orange County Board of Commissioners met in special
session on Tuesday, March 5, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of
going into Executive Session to discuss personnel.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Moses-Carey, Jr., Vice-
Chair Stephen Halkiotis, Commissioners Alice M. Gordon, Verla C.
Insko and Don Willhoit.
STAFF PRESENT: Clerk to the Board Beverly.A. Blythe.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by
Commissioner Insko to go into Executive Session to discuss
personnel.
VOTE: UNANIMOUS
Motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by
Commissioner Willhoit to adjourn the Executive Session and to
reconvene into Special Session.
VOTE: UNANIMOUS
ADJOURNMENT
Motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by
Commissioner Halkiotis to adjourn the meeting. The next regular
meeting of the Board will be held on March 20, 1991 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Board Room at Lincoln Center, Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
