BACKGROUND: The Clerk's office has received recommendations from the Orange County Parks and Recreation Council for Mr. Kyle Kaplan and Mr. James Carter. If appointed Mr. Kaplan will be serving a partial term ending .3/31/2011 and Mr. Carter will be serving his first full term ending 12/31/2012.
