Kathv Cheek ~ Karen Andrews WHEREAS, the Orchard Subdivision, a major subdivision, had been scheduled for BOCC review, and WHEREAS, the County Attomey and Planning Director have raised questions about whether The Orchard subdivision preliminary plan complies with County ordinance requirements; and WHEREAS, the Planning Board should have the benefit of the 8/17/06 letter from the County Attomey and the 8/18/06 letter from the Planning Director when making its recommendation on The Orchard Subdivision. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County Commissioners that The. Orchard subdivision preliminary plan is hereby referred to the Planning Board for review and reconsideration by the Planning Board of the Planning Board's recommendation on the Preliminary Plan.
