Dear Mr. Visser:
Corley Redfoot Zack, Inc., is pleased to provide a fee proposal for the Civil
Engineering design services to complete the design and installation of
approximately 500 LF of 8" sanitary sewer for the Homestead Community
Center in Chapel Hill.
This sanitary sewer system will be designed in accordance with the Orange
Water & Sewer Authority Standards and Specifications. These design services
assume that the electronic survey and layout provided on 5/10/06 are
compatible with our Autocadd system and that no changes in the proposed
location are needed.
The design fee for all services will not exceed $10,000. A breakdown of the fee
proposal is attached for your use.
