Home My WebLink AboutRES-2006-008 Resolution of Support for Town of Hillsborough Crosswalk Improvements~ ~S ~~do~ - oa ~' az-o9-©~ ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ~k A RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR VARIOUS TOWN OF HILLSBOROUGH CROSSWALK IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners shares the views of the Hillsborough Board of Commissioners regarding the importance of safe pedestrian pathways in promoting the County seat of Hillsborough as a sustainable walkable community; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of Commissioners does hereby support initiatives of the Hillsborough Board of Commissioners to pursue the construction of crosswalks in locations noted in the Town Board's own resolution of December 12, 2005.
