PURPOSE: To consider two changes in the County Commissioners' regular
meeting calendar
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the
Board of County Commissioners must fix the time and place of its
meetings or provide a notice of any change in the Regular Meeting
Schedule.
RECOMb~NDATION: Amend the Board of County Commissioners' regular meeting
calendar by deleting .the scheduled February 2 meeting with the Chapel
Hill Town Council and to change the regular meeting scheduled for April 7
to April 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the New Courtroom in Hillsborough.
