BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A-42 of the General Statutes, the
Governing Board has the legal duty to approve all minutes
that are entered into the official journal of the Board's
proceedings.
RECOI~NDATION: Remove from the Consent Agenda those minutes requiring
further discussion and place under item 12. Approve all
minutes not r~noved fracn the Consent Agenda .
