PURPOSE: To consider adoption of an amended BOCC regular meeting
schedule.
BACKGROUND: Many of the Board work sessions were scheduled in the New
Courtroom in Hillsborough. The Courtroom will not accommodate tables
and chairs which are necessary for work sessions. Therefore, those
meetings have been rescheduled to either the Government Services Center
or the Southern Human Services Center.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the revised regular meeting schedule as
presented.

MEETING LOCATIONS: All meetings held in the New Courthouse will be held in the "New Courtroom" first floor
of the new courthouse in Hillsborough. All meetings designated "NEW" Southern Human Services Center will be
held in the Commissioners Meeting Room of this facility located on Homestead Road. All meetings held in the
Government Services Center will be held in the public meeting room
