cereful considerat ion to the Budget estimates of the various County
departments which were submitted to the Board at the regal er meet-
ing of July 5th.

ed that suitable quarters Yor this protect were aveileble in the
"pas ement of the Hillsboro School Building. L!x'. Dowdy stated that
oroapective patrons of the prwoaed cannery were showing oansid-
erable interest in the nroJect•

After cere£ul cone lderation o? the needs of the various Bounty
departments and after some adJustments were made, Cpon motion of
Commlesloner P111 son which ^,ree duly seconded by Commissioner Lawe
and unanimously adopted, the budget wee tentatively apnrovefl.The
County Accountant Tres instructed to file e copy of the budget in
the office oY the Register of Deeds for public inspection and to
publish the totals in the Chapel H111 YleeLly.
