Peacock of the Chapel Hill Special Charter School District reported that a recent survey of sanitary end toilet facilities Sn the Graded Hchool Building made by en outstanding engineer showed these facilities to be in a deplorable condition. They rea ues Led that $5,000.00 dollars be included in the Capital Outlay Budget 1n addition to the regul- ar Capital Outlay per capita in order thzt these urgently needed repairs and improvements might be made ]n the graded school building. Dr. N. P.
