reported that a recent survey of sanitary end toilet facilities Sn
the Graded Hchool Building made by en outstanding engineer showed these
facilities to be in a deplorable condition. They rea ues Led that $5,000.00
dollars be included in the Capital Outlay Budget 1n addition to the regul-
ar Capital Outlay per capita in order thzt these urgently needed repairs
and improvements might be made ]n the graded school building.
Dr. N. P. Richardson of the Health Department appeared before the
board Sn the interest of the appropriation for Puvl lc Health work for
the year, The total amount recues tad for this purpose 1s $5,€60,00
The Hoard of Education appeared before the board end discussed the it

Ltr. Hidney Greene epneex'ed oefore the board and rea ue eted that they
eppronri ate funds for Orange County Librsry as set up in their proposed
Hudget.
Hill of George V. Lucas for two kid goats killed by dogs,was approved
for payment,to the amount of ,$5.00.

Upon motion of Commiss loner Ytil son,duly seconded by Commissioner
Laws and unanimously nessed that Crrl C, Davis ~oe and is hereby re-appcint-
ed Tax Collector for Orange County for a term of two ,years.
^pon motion of Commissl oner Laws, duly seconded by Commissioner
Wilson and unanimously nessed, that the Clerk to this Hoard prepare a list
of tax payers who have paid their 1942 tex,to be used by this Board et their
Avgust meeting to revise the Jury box ea required by Statute.

to provide a suitable building for storage of a canning outfit.The Hoard
