DRIVER AGREEMENT

The purpose of this Agreement is to outWe the conditions wrier which Orange County
and OE will coopemavely provide hurmn services travsporratiov though Ne Orange
Public Trwsportatiov service.

7o provide s certified driver for the noMun and souNem Orange routes Monday
Wuough Friday for daily pick-up avtl take-home of clients between the hours of 6:00-
8:00 am wd 3 00.5:00 pm.
To provide back-up drivers in case the assigned driver is not available.
To employ a Transportation Supevisor to handle any problems and to assure that
drivers are available.
To comply wiN all apphrable federal regulations governing workplace wd-drug and
alwhol programs iv the transit industry. The Federal Transit Adttdrdstraziov (f`I'A) of
the U.S. Department of Transportation has published J9 CsR Pert b53 and Parr 654,
as amended, Net mandate urine drug tesing end breath alcohol testing for safety
sensirive positions aril prohibits performance of safety sevvuve fimcdons when Nere

SPECB~'IC RESPONSIBILITIES OF OE
1. To revmburse Orange Cowry at the rate of $10 50 per hour, for a minimum of su
hows per weekday of Orange Counry's operation within 30 days efts bilWtg.
