PURPOSE: To correct and /or approve the minutes as submitted by the
Clerk to the Board as listed below:
January 20, 1998 Regular Meeting
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A -42 of the General Statutes, the
Governing Board has the legal duty to approve all minutes
that are entered into the official journal of the Board's
proceedings.
RECOMMENDATION: Correct /approve minutes as submitted.
