January 20, 1998 - Regular Meeting
February 2, 1998 - Work Session with the Town of

April 21, 1998 - Regular Meeting
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A-42 of the General Statutes, the
Governing Board has the legal duty to approve all minutes
that are entered into the official journal of the Board's
proceedings.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve minutes as presented or as amended.
