Seawell Elementary School

Chapel Hill High School

rigging, lighting, and sound
systems, electrical upgrades,
and classroom improvements
Lincoln Center
- install two mobile classrooms for 158,480 158,071 contractor is completing final activities and a
use by Phoenix Academy certificate of occupancy is expected in early
November
Glenwood Elementary School
-major renovation 1,500,000 Planning has started. Engineering studies are
underway. Activity is expected to begin in the
summer of 1999
