JOINT PUBLIC HEARING.
FEBRi]ARY 25, ]985
The Orange County Board of Commissioners met in Joint Session with the
Planning Board on February 25, 1985 in Superior Courtroom in Hi].~.sborough,
North Carolina at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of holding a joint public hearing.
Coa[umissioners Present: Chair Don Willhoit, ark Commissioners Shirley
Marshall, Moses Caney, Ben Lloyd and Norman Walker.
Planning Board Members Present: Chair Alice Gordon and members Frank
Pearson, David Skianklin, Carl Walters, and Steve Yuhasz.
Attorney Present: Geoffrey Gledhill.
Staff Present: County Manager Kenneth R. Thanq~on, Director of Planning
Marvin Collins, Planner III Susan Smith, Secretary ~7oanna Bradshaw and County
Clerk and Administrative Assistant to the Board Beverly A. Blythe.
Because there was not a quorwn of Planning Board members present, motion
was made by Ca:ranissioner Careyr seconded by Commissioner Marshall to adjourn at
8:~D p.m. the public hearing to March 12, ]985 in Stiiperior Courtroom at 7:30
p.m.
