Associate design fee amendment proposal for the revised scope of work on the West Ten
HARRY M. IENSEN Soccer Center.

KENNETH E. SMITH The proposed fee is for the Architectural and Engvieering design of the additional
Associnte work at the site. The original proposal dated May 4, 2004, covered Phase I
construction only. The attached fee proposal includes a larger building,
additional parking lot, field lighting, well irrigation system, first aid stand,
landscaping, etc. The proposal also covers revisions to the original Masterplan to
accommodate the future tennis courts and playground.
The total fee for this revised scope of work is 5105,200. If you are in agreement
with this proposal, we request that you issue an amendment to our original
PD Box 2368 contract dated August 3, 2004.
