County, to facilitate orderly and comprehensive maid, de~.ivery, and

citizens;
NC~t TEEREFOHE, the Grange County Saard of Carnm~.ssioners do
ordain;
Section ~.. As used in this ordinance, the term 'fadministrators~~
refers to the person designated by the Cvunty~Manager
to perform the responsibilities pursuant to the
accomplishment of the terms of this ordinance,
sect~.on ~. The owner of every house and every principal building
sha~.l d~sp~,ay or cause to be d~spla.yed are the (rant
thereof, or on the appropr~.ate ruraX box in a position
easily observed Pram the street, the number assigned
by the adrn~.nistrator to that specific house or
bu~,~.ding. House nu~tbers used on rural boxes must be
inscribed iri contrasting color in neat numerals and

administrator requesting such action, and specifying
the house or building number assigned+

numbers in accordance with a system that adheres as
closely as possible to tY~e principles set forth ~.n
this section. However, matters of interpretation
~egarding the fa~.lowing guidelines sha~.l be formulated
hrough the sound discretion of the administrat~.on,

misdemeanor punishable as pro~tided in G,s, 14-4.
Whenever the gvvern~ng body of the County has
reasonable cause to believe that any person fs
via~.atir~g ar threatening to vio~.ate this ordinance, it
may, either before or after the institution of any
ether action or proceeding authorised by th~,s
ord~.nance, inst~.tute a civil action in the name of the
Caurtty far injunctive relief to restrain the vio~,atian
ar threatened v~.olation or to regu.,~re an act or acts
necessary to comply with the ordinance,
