Upon motion by Commissioner Whiffed, seconded by Commissioner

Wil].hoit, the Board convened in eNecutive session to discuss personnel
�• matters. Vote: Ayes, 4; noes, 0 (Commissioner Walker not being pre-
sent for this vote) .
The Board adjourned by consensus.
