PURPOSE: To consider amending the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): Amend the Board of County Commissioners' regular meeting
calendar as stated below:
• ADD a Joint meeting with the Mebane Town Council for January 24, 2000 at 7:00 p. m. at
Bob Hupman's guest house at 726 S. Fifth Street in Mebane, North Carolina.
• Change the regular meeting scheduled for April 18`h to April 17"'
