Retreat Objectives:
1. Share research about advisory boards and commissions for Orange County and
elsewhere.
2. Identify purposes, intent, and value of advisory boards and commissions
3. Review current set-up of advisory boards and commissions to determine and how their
work can support the BOCC's vision and goals.
4. Explore options for restructuring the current system and maximizing benefits of system
to Orange County.
