PURPOSE: To consider making a new appointment to the Chapel Hill Parks & Recreation
Commission.
BACKGROUND: This position on the Chapel Hill Parks & Recreation Commission has been
vacant for quite a while. This position need to be filled with an Orange County Representative.
If this position is filled, it will expire 6/30/2011.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making a new appointment to the Chapel Hill Parks & Recreation
Commission.

and use of lands and properties related to the total community recreation program, and its long-range projected programs for recreation, parks, and playgrounds.
