T'ne 13aard in considering the appeal of dirs. l•Iil®y B. Sanders determined
that a lot ov~ied by Ernestine Scandrett (identified as Parcel 15 Block A P;ap 90,
Chapel Hi71 Township) should be reappraised for 1979 in the interest of equali-
zation of lot valuations in the imriediate neighborhood and ordered the 1979 tax
valuation of this lot set at $22 par front foot (adjusted for lot depth) resulting
in an increase in valuation for 1979 for this lot from 51,800 to x2,600.
