PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for year 2010.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule by:
• Adding a Board of Health joint dinner meeting with the Board of County
Commissioners for Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 5:30pm (prior to the 7:OOpm
Budget Work Session) at Southern Human Services Center, 2501 Homestead
Road in Chapel Hill, N.C.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends the Board amend its regular meeting
calendar for 2010 by:
• Adding a Board of Health joint dinner meeting with the Board of County
Commissioners for Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 5:30pm (prior to the 7:OOpm
Budget Work Session) at Southern Human Services Center, 2501 Homestead
Road in Chapel Hill, N.C.
