HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD-2009-174 - Technology Application Orange County Schools Capital Project Ordinanceo R p- a~ - ~ ~~- 2 8 Technology Application Project Orange County Schools Capital Project Ordinance Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to retrofit facilities for new technology systems. Proceeds from the 1992 bond referendum, the 1997 bond referendum, transfers from completed capital projects within the District, and the Schools' share of pay-as-you-go capital funds finance this project. Section 2.The officers of the County are. hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget contained herein. Section 6.This ordinance shall remain in effect until closed by action of the Board of County Commissioners. Adopted this 17th day of November 2009.
