BACKGROUND: The Clerk's Office has received a recommendation for a reappointment from the Affordable Housing Advisory Board for Vivian Herndon-Latta. If reappointed Ms. Herndon- Latta will be serving her second term ending 6/30/2012. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making a reappointment to the Affordable Housing Advisory Board.
