Hoard of Educat!o n, at wh±ch time the Hoard bf Education explsined to this
Hoard the cau sea and reasons far the over-espsnditures in the Capital Outlay Fu~d
during the past fisacl year, upon mot±on of Comml ealoner Cobb, duly seconded by ~
Commis si.oner Wil eon, the Yollowing resolution was unanlmou sly adoptsd, to-wit:
That the Hoard of County Commissions rs does hereby make a supplemental a~?px~op-
riation to the Capital Outlay Fund Por the school budget for the year 1939-19`+0.1
sand, supplemen tel appropiati on being in the amount of 52,209.12, and which amo nt
was absolutely necessary for capital outlay needs during the past ii seal year.
That the above additional or supplemental appropri at±on of 52,209.12 shall `:be met by
transferring from the surplus in the Current Expense Fund of the School Hudget for
1939-1940 the swo of 5660.21, which, together with the surplus revenue Sn the
Capl tai Outlsy Fund oP 51, 54g•91, will provide and meet aaid additional appropr±a-
tion.
It is further ordered thst an additional appropriation of 5660.52 be made Sn
the Current Expense Fund, and that eai3 additional or aupplemen tai appropri atio
be met from the surplus revenue accrued in asid fund.
It is further ordered as a part oY this maolut!on that the County Acc Dante!
make the changes Sn the budget above provided for, that is, that the total of tk
Capital Outlay Fund be increased to the amount o.' 514,77062, and thst the total
the Current Expens=_ Fund be Sncreased to the amount of 924,649.94. and thst the
said County Accountant is further authorized and directed to trans..°er the sum of
5660.21 Pram the surplus revenue of the Current Expense Fund to the Capital OuU
