PURPOSE: To receive a briefing about the programs under the North Caxolina Crime Victims
Compensation Commission.
BACKGROUND: Earlier this Fall, the Board expressed an interest in hearing a presentation about
programs operated under the North Carolina Crime Victims Compensation Commission. Mr. Robert
Reives, Executive Director of the Commission, will present a brief report and be available to respond to
any Board questions.
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the report for
information only.
