Commissioner as a liaison (with or without membership) and for which groups it
would be sufficient to have a member appointed by the Board of County
Commissioners (Chair's memo dated January 1 1, and revised on January 13 is
provided as an attachment)

• The Commissioners will hear presentations from the six groups who have made a
request to speak
