PURPOSE: To correct and/or approve the minutes as submitted by the
Clerk to the Board as listed below:
November 17, 1998 regular meeting
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A-42 of the General Statutes, the
Governing Board has the legal duty to approve all minutes
that are entered into the official journal of the Board's
proceedings.
