Re: Completing the Interlocal Agreement on Solid Waste Management for
Orange County

All of our governing boards have officially commented on the County's solid waste
management proposal, and I believe there are significant areas of ageement.
I suggest that the four of us, with our managers, meet soon to review the latest draft of
the interlocal agreement. We would be pleased to host you all on February 16, noon -
1:45 p.m., and to provide lunch.
The commissioners have scheduled a work session on this topic for February 9.

proposed meeting.
