NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMIVIISSIONERS
ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA
The Orange County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on March 30,
1999 at 6:30 p.m., at the Southern Human Services Center, Homestead Road, Chapel
Hill, North Carolina, for the purpose of continuing the closed session of the March 22,
1999 meeting of the Orange County Board of Commissioners. The purpose of the closed
session is "to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness,
conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public
officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee;" NCGS § 143-
318.11(A)(6)
