Furniture selection and interior design: 20,000 Total fee for Additional Services: $ 21,40 We propose including an Allowance of 830,000 for reimbursable expenses. Reimbursable expenses ~~Til.l Ue billed at direct cost on the monthly statements and will include, but are not limited to, printing and copying costs, postage, and shipping for overall project. Addirional 'information pertaining to reimbursable expenses is included in the Owner and Architect Agreement. Services not included. in Sasic Services, Additional Services or Reimbursable Expenses are clearly outlined in the aforementioned Agreement. We have attached an AIA Agreement Between Owner and Architect for the scope of work outlined in this letter.
