Chairman Garrett stated that she would like a decision to be made
as to whether or not the Water-Weaver Authorit~~ Board should be elected
officials or nat.
Commissioner Whitted moved that the meeting be extended for five
additional minutes. -Commissioner Pinney seconded the motion,
All members voted aye,
Further discussion ensued regarding the Water-Sewer Authority.
The meeting was then adjourned.
Upon motion of Commissioner Gustaveson, seconded by Commissioner
Whitted, it was moved and adopted to wish Mary t~allace, P7ews reporter
with the Herald and Sun, a happ birthd

The 1976 Orange County Board of Equalization and Review convened
at 7:00 p,m., April 21, 1976 in the Commissioner's Room of the Orange
County Courthouse.
Members present were Flora Garrett, Richard Whitted, Norman Walker,
:carman Gustaveson and ,Ian Pinney.
The Board heard appeals of 1976 real property tax valuations by the
following persons for the indicated properties:

The Board deferred resolution of these appeals pending further con-
sideration, postponed consideration of the appeal of Pattie Hopkins (Chapel
Hill Township, Tax Map 95 Block 7 Parcel 11A, and recessed to reconvene on
April 29, 1976.
