r12NUTES OF THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF CONIAIISSIONERS
r.onday, February 23, 1976
The Board of Commissioners of Orange County met in regular session
at 7:30 P.ri. in the Superior Courtroom of the County Courthouse in
Hillsborough, N. C.
r:embers present: Chairman Flora R, Garnett, Commissioners Iv'orman
Gustavesar., Jan Pinney, and Richard ti+lhitted.
Members absent: Commissioner Norman Walker
Commissioner Norman Walker was unable to attend as he was attending
a Title XX Public Hearing that was being conducted by the Orange County
Board of Social Services in Chapel Hill.
This meeting of the Board was the regular quarterly xearing that
is held jointly with the Orange County Planning Board to consider
petitions for rezanging and amendments to the County Land Use Ordinance.

At the conclusion of this xearing the meeting was adjourned.
