BACKGROUND: The Clerk's office has received a recommendation from the Board of Health for the reappointment of Anissa Vines. Anissa Vines, the At-Large Representative on the Board will be completing her first term on June 30, 2009 and is eligible and willing to be reappointed for a second term. Attendance records are attached. Sharon Freeland, At-Large Representative and Ernie Dodson, Professional Engineer Representative have first terms expiring June 30, 2009 and both Sharon and Ernie have declined a second term. Dr. Tim Carey has also submitted his resignation due to other commitments. Recruitment for these vacancies has resulted in several applications which will be reported on by the Board of Health Nominating Committee at the Board of Health meeting May 27, 2009.
