KENNETH E. SMrrFt The proposed fee is for the Architectural and Engineerlrig design of the additional
Associate work at the site. The original proposal dated May 4, 21)04, covered Phase I
construction only. The attached fee proposal includes a larger building,
additional parking lot, field lighting, well irrigation system, first aid stand,
Iandscaping, etc. The proposal also covers revisions to the original Masterplan to
accommodate the future tennis courts and playground.
