The Orange County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Thursday,
May 13, 1999 at 7:30 p.m. in the board room at the Southern Human Services Center,
Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
The Board of County Commissioners will go into closed session for the purpose of
consulting with an attorney employed or retained by the Board of County Commissioners
in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the Board of
County Commissioners -General Statutes 143-318.11(3).
No action is expected to be taken at this meeting.
